Kathy Monetti, Vice President Marketing and Co-Founder of iMETx, has marketing leadership responsibilities.
Prior to joining iMETx, Monetti spent over 14 years at American Girl®, a wholly owned subsidiary of Mattel, Inc., with the majority of the time as a member of the senior management team. Most recently Monetti served as the company’s Senior Vice President Marketing, responsible for the overall brand, experience, entertainment and marketing strategy, nearly doubling revenue to $600 million and tripling operating profit. Responsibility areas included brand and marketing for direct, retail, magazine and book channels, consumer insights and public relations.
Before American Girl, Monetti spent nearly a decade leading marketing on large consumer packaged goods brands both at Crayola® (a wholly-owned subsidiary of Hallmark Cards and formerly Binney & Smith Company) in Easton, Pennsylvania, and at Nabisco® Foods Company in Parsippany, New Jersey.
Monetti received her M.S. in advertising from Northwestern University, Medill School of Journalism and her B.B.A. in Marketing from the University of Wisconsin–Madison.
